How much does it cost to build a video or podcast studio?
It depends on your room, what you want to create and the equipment it needs. We give you good, better and best options so you can choose what fits your budget, and you approve the equipment list before anything is bought.
How long does a studio set-up take?
A simple podcast or video studio set-up with basic training can happen in as little as one day. Larger builds with sets, LED walls or control rooms are scheduled around your space and timeline.
Do you train our team to use the studio?
Yes. Every build includes hands-on training, plus simple checklists so your team can set up, record and edit with confidence.
Do you support the studio after it's built?
Yes. On any work we do, the RS Media team backs up our work with ongoing support as needed, from answering questions and troubleshooting gear to refresher training and editing.
Do you consult for other video production companies?
Yes. Rob coaches production companies on pricing, proposals, client systems, events and live streaming, drawing on 25+ years in the business and his course, The Corporate Video Blueprint. After we consult, the RS Media team stays available with ongoing support as needed.

Our largest build is a new 10,000 sq ft studio at Elite Wealth Club in Carlsbad, California: we consulted, equipped, installed and trained the staff. We've built medium and smaller podcast and video studios for Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System and Biltmore Restorative Medicine in Asheville, NC, and consulted on a studio for RevitalizeMD in Knoxville, TN. Rob's first studio builds were in New York City, and we built and run our own RS Media Film Studios in Spartanburg, with a 25-foot LED wall stage and two podcast studios.
